At The Plant Library, we provide short term plant rentals for all event needs.

With more thank 60 vignette styles to choose from, we’re here to help you elevate the design of your wedding, special event, or corporate conference with the highest quality plants from our Library.

Step 1:

Choose one of our signature collections, then pick a size and planter.

Step 2:

Submit your request to our team of plant specialists and receive a quote within one business day.

Your quote is inclusive of all pricing (a three day rental is standard) and delivery fees.

Step 3:

Once your order is confirmed, our plant delivery team will transport and style your selections on-site.

After, plants are picked up and returned to our studio where they continue “working” (absorbing carbon from the atmosphere) until the next event!

This collection of plant rentals for events evokes the rich forest floors of the Pacific Northwest with deep green leaves and emerald tones.

Varietals include Fiddlehead Ferns, Staghorn Ferns, and Moss.

Tabletop

A complementary assortment of small containers ranging from 4-8” in diameter. Great for surfaces like cocktail tables, dining tables, and accent pieces.

Floor Plant Vignette

A freestanding, stationary display of floor plants ranging from 2-6’ high. An excellent way to accent a lounge area or highlight a stage, dance floor, or any other space that needs extra dressing.

Free Standing Botanical Wall

Fresh cut greens of various shapes and textures built in custom sizes ranging from 8-20’. Great for backdrops, stages, step & repeats, and impactful moments.

Grass Trio

Wild grass in three large floor pots for a beach casual vibe.

Divider

Our largest scale offering. Potted plants ranging from 4-9’ tall placed in a partition. Great for obscuring a space, creating a natural divider, or a break in your layout.

Carbon Offset Shelving

A sustainable partition filled with plants like moss (known for their carbon capturing properties), each unit absorbs an average 1KG of carbon every week.  By supporting a sustainable business model, you extend a plant’s lifecycle while reducing an event’s overall carbon footprint.
